Apply for a University grant to attend the annual University Scholar Leadership Symposium (USLS) and join a community of passionate young leaders dedicated to creating a more inclusive and sustainable world.

About USLS

In its 13th year, the University Scholars Leadership Symposium (USLS) will be held in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia from 5 to 8 August 2025 with the theme of "Lead the Change". The USLS aims to equip the next generation of leaders with the tools, confidence, network, and resources to act on the most pressing global issues of our time. Delegates will experience an epic week, where they’ll meet hundreds of like-minded peers and participate in a program filled with incredible speakers, heroes of hope and resilience, showing you the strength of the human spirit, and how even in the darkest of times, their stories of survival, sacrifice and selfless service, fight for those whose voices are unheard.

Speakers for the 2025 Symposium include:

Estefanía Rebellón, Founder of Yes We Can World Foundation, Charlotte Yeung, United Nations Youth Disarmament Champion, and Chris Temple, Founder of Living on One. You will also participate in Kindness Day, an experiential learning day through volunteering.
